Joy Shing Insulated Glass units(I.G.U.),also known as double glazing units(or double-pane, and increasingly triple glazing/pane) is made of two or more pieces of glass sheets separated by aluminum frame filled with molecular sieve(desiccant).The frame is stuck and sealed by butyl glue on the glass surfaces and Thiokol or silicagel seals all outside edges.Filling gas inside the glass cavity can strengthen its sound and heat insulation properties efficiently.
We can provide various types of insulating glass according to customer requirements: tempered insulating glass (high hardness of glass), laminated insulating glass (high safety), LOW-E insulating glass (energy saving, corrosion resistance) and so on.
